Potato Casserole
1-bag frozen hash browns
1- Small onion
2-cans cream of potato soup
1-cup sour cream
¼-cup milk
2-cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Dice the onion. In a large bowel mix the hash browns, soup, sour cream, milk, one cup of cheese, diced onion and salt and pepper. Mix well. Using a casserole pan, coat with Pam spray, pour mixture into casserole pan spreading evenly. Cover top of mixture with remaining cheese. Cover with foil and bake for about 45min to one hour. For a crispy top bake uncovered.
